Subject knowledge
TejGuru focuses on building the right foundation in Maths and Science up to Grade 8. You don't need to be an expert. If you have a basic understanding of these subjects and a genuine love for teaching them, that's your starting point. We'll sharpen your skills and train you in our methodology, but the base has to be there.
Basic infrastructure
A laptop or computer, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space to teach from. Online teaching is your classroom treat it like one.

Meet the Founder
Sanjiv Marwaha
Founder, Wisetime Learning & TejGuru
17 years in the corporate world. Fortune 500 companies. MNCs. A successful career by any measure. But one thing kept bothering Sanjiv.
During those 17 years, he interviewed countless freshers and candidates. What he kept seeing was alarming — graduates who lacked basic foundational skills. Not because they weren't intelligent, but because somewhere in their education journey, the basics were never truly built. The system had moved them forward without the foundation being in place.
When he started his own venture in 2011, he knew exactly where to begin. He launched an After School Program — hands-on, activity-based learning sessions conducted inside school premises after school hours. The response was immediate. And one insight stood out above everything else:
Maths was the most popular class. Not because students suddenly loved Maths, but because the methodology — manipulatives-based, learn-by-doing, fun-first — made them forget they were studying it.
"That insight changed everything."
By the second year, Sanjiv went all-in on Maths. He developed a comprehensive Maths Toolkit — a hands-on teaching system now used in 100+ schools. The results spoke for themselves: students who once feared Maths began genuinely enjoying it. Fear was replaced by curiosity. Curiosity turned into confidence.
Recently, the same experiment was extended to Science. Today, Wisetime Learning works with schools across both Maths and Science — transforming how these subjects are taught at the classroom level.
